The calendar is set to 7 day bookings arriving on a Friday so please contact us for other options - we can usually be flexible.   However, due to the extra work involved to ensure our standards meet the Covid-19 requirements we regret that we are now only taking bookings for a minimum of 5 nights)

DEPOSIT and BOND   

 £100 refundable damages deposit

BOOKING - 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance  due 6 weeks before the stay.  During the Covid-19 pandemic the balance is due two weeks prior to arrival and in the event of a substantiated Covid-19 cancellation by you or us will be refunded in full.   Please ensure you have insurance to cover your own personal circumstances. The £100 refundable damage deposit is due as cleared funds prior to arrival.

All online bookings are from Friday to Friday for up to 4 people.   1 extra child may stay on a fold-up bed for a £35 weekly supplement  (this must be discussed at time of booking)   Babies up to 2 years f.o.c.   (Please let us know at time of booking if the cot and high chair are required)

Please ring or email for other booking combinations   Our calendar is set to Friday entry and departure so that we don't get caught by surprise!  We can often be flexible on entry days so please ring/email us to enquire.   In order to help check availability on the calendar choose 7 nights from the Friday preceding your preferred dates to see if we have your choice free. 

During the Covid-19 pandemic minimum charging period is 5 nights.
