Natural Social Distancing in the North Pennines
Delightful old cottage with a large enclosed garden
Sunrise is a comfortable well-equipped cottage in the North Pennines overlooking the Nent valley and Nenthead, one of England’s highest villages at over 1400 feet.
It is just a mile from the Nenthead Mines Heritage Centre and Nenthead Arts & Visitor Centre and only 25 miles from Hadrian's Wall.
The cottage is set in superb walking country with a variety of footpaths to suit all abilities (including the Pennine Way) within easy reach and many dog-friendly pubs in the area.
The small town of Alston, arguably the highest market town in the country, and the South Tynedale Railway are only 4 miles away.
